Job Description
We are seeking a resource inBangalore Hyderabad who can handle south market. Will prefer someone who ismultilingual, contributing to the revenue growth and will be responsible forimprovising sales and brand presence on partner premises.

Key Focus Areas:

Channel Management: Manage campaigns, partners and internal teams acrossdifferent functions daily to meet the business goals.

Driving and encouraging Sales through all partnerships

Design an annual roadmap with the goal to achieve Sales Targets

Identifying and acquiring potential partnership for insurance across theindustry with the optimum emphasis on quality, compliance, and businesspotential.

To ensurerobust processing of the cases by effective liaising with NB, UW, PS.

Gather themarket information on the leading product trends and feedback to them for newproduct development.

To conceptualize and execute campaigns to motivate the partners.

Support andwork with the Partners Business Development team to create and pursue newbusiness opportunities.

To provide regular training to sales team on product and sourcingguidelines.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Graduate andAbove

Experience Preferred 3-5 Years in Lifeinsurance and should have worked in for partnership management or BusinessDevelopment Strategic Alliances.

Knowledge of Tamil Telugu KannadaMalayalam (at least 2) will be preferred.
