Participate in the company s patient engagement events as a clinical resource. Develop, update, and supervise clinical content for company communications and website. Provide online consultations and prescriptions for the E-Pharmacy business. Stream B - Clinical Support and Guidance: Oversee patient reviews conducted by Clinical Pharmacists to ensure high-quality clinical support and patient engagement. Liaise with patients and their doctors as needed to facilitate care. Monitor the quality of nursing support offered at distributed locations and conduct clinical reviews of patient engagements. Train Clinical Pharmacists and Nurses on clinical matters and effective patient engagement strategies. Collaborate with the Director/Head of Medical Affairs to establish and regularly update quality standards for patient reviews conducted by Clinical Pharmacists. Provide professional support for registration as a Clinical Establishment.
