Job Role:

On-the-job Product Training of new joinees.
Maintain MI.
Tracking Callers properly.
Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets.
Sending Pick-up files to FPRs.
Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets.
Coordinate with Branch Sales Credit team.
Handling Escalation calls.
Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis.
Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow.
Liaise between different departments.
