Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source new business opportunities through deal origination, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for fundraising purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure complex deals, including IPOs, QIPs, equity offerings, and debt financings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while ensuring high levels of quality control.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in investment banking mainly Origination
- Strong expertise in deal sourcing, deal origination, fund raising, IPO/QIP processes.
- Proven track record of success in structuring successful deals across various asset classes (equity/debt).
