We are hiring for the Leading ITES Company for AML Analyst Transaction Monitoring Profile.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented AML Analyst Transaction Monitoring to support Anti-Money Laundering operations through effective transaction monitoring, alert investigation, and onboarding reviews. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, analyzing transactional patterns, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Skills:

Minimum 1 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring.
Hands-on experience in alert investigation and transaction monitoring systems.
Strong understanding of AML concepts, red flags, and detection scenarios.
Experience in drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform AML Transaction Monitoring and Level 1 (L1) Investigations on customer transactions.
Conduct alert investigations using predefined detection scenarios.
Ensure suspicious transactions are thoroughly investigated and escalated to FCC; Prepare draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to FCC for review and decision.
Identify red flags, unusual patterns, and potential suspicious activities during case reviews.
Prepare and submit draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team for review and final decision.
Ensure timely escalation of suspicious transactions as per AML policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal AML guidelines and SLAs.
Support L1 onboarding reviews, including basic KYC and customer due diligence checks.
Stay updated with AML regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards.
