Job Description
Contract Sales will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring Annual Maintenance Contracts for Schindler and non Schindler products and constantly being focused on Customer Satisfaction
What you bring
- Collecting leads and market information about potential customers
- Approaching such customers for Sale and/or Renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts for Elevators and Escalators.
- Understanding the Customer needs and working out the finances for the project.
- Assist the Maintenance team in smooth execution of contract.
- Ensuring timely and smooth execution of service conditions.
- Collection of outstanding dues.
