*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and execute key accounting, compliance, and reporting tasks. The role involves handling bank reconciliations, statutory payments, GST/TDS returns, export documentation, and MIS preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Bank Reconciliation Entries: daily bank reconciliations ensure accurate entries.
- TDS Compliance: Prepare, pay and file TDS returns; generate Form 16.
- GST Compliance: File Annual Return.
- Prepare, file monthly/quarterly GST returns; reconcile with GSTR-2B.
- Statutory Payments: PF, ESIC, PT, LWFensure timely payment
- PT Returns: Prepare, file Professional Tax returns.
- Insurance: Monitor policies, coordinate renewals.
- Customs Duty, Foreign Remittances: Process payments, documentation.
- Vendor Management: Maintain aging, process payments.
- Forex Gain/Loss: Compute, report.
- Exports: Prepare documents (shipping, invoices).
- Internal Audit: Ensure compliance in assigned areas.
- MIS: Prepare management reports, track deadlines.
