Job Description
- Identifying and closing the potential business leads by analysing market requirements
- Responsible for proposal writing and taking full ownership of account management
- Achieving the month on month revenue targets as defined in the KRA
- A self-driven, self-motivated true team player, an independent decision maker
- Ensuring proper co-ordination with the accounts team at regular intervals
- Leading a tele-caller team and manage the same across multiple domains
- Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services
- Should play a predominant role in account nurturing and account management
- Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates
- Storage Lockers are first come first serve and are subject to availability.
- Coordinating with other team members/departments to ensure highest efficiency and quality of the output
- Properly maintaining the confidentiality of the clients and organisations values
SKILLS:
- Having the ability to communicate clearly, interestingly and enthusiastically with clients
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Tactful and discrete when dealing with clients
Education: Post Graduate (MBA, BE, BCA, BSc, MCA)
Experience: Min. 0-1 Year Industry Experience.
