• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power B I dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and optimize data models within Power BI, including the creation of calculated columns and measures using DAX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions and visualizations.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating complex data insights.
• Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met in all data handling and reporting activities.
• Continuously explore and implement new features and best practices within Power BI

• Bachelor s or master s degree in data science , Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI development .
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python (Pandas, Numpy, etc) , R) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
