Job Description
Purpose of the Role:Outcome Required / Strategic Priorities

1. Mapping Key Accounts.

Product Managers, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Engineers, Quotation Engineers, Marketing, Receivables
Key Accounts, System Integrators, Channel partners
Qualification & Experience
B. E (Mech.) or B.E (Electrical),
Business Management degree is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:

1) Experience in Key account management / Business Development with Product sales and in B2B sales environment.
1) Good Communication and Presentation skills
Measures:
1) Target achievement
To map identified Key A/ cs and Develop those A/ cs to:
Increase market share of Cos. products. Create requirement for Cos. Products through specifications. Work with EPC consultants for project specifications. Keep track of Projects and ensure Cos. business share in projects 2. Spec in Cos.l Products
3. Business development
4. Rate contracts
5. Customer Relationship management
6. Customer Delight
2. Developing relationship with allocated key accounts.
3. Working closely with EPC consultants of the region.
4. Retaining the account increasing business portfolio by introducing new products or application based solution.
5. Achieving the sales budget (target) by implementing sales / business strategy
6. Managing close relationship with top customers of the dealers.
7. Regular visits.
8. Responsible for individual SBU wise targets.
Reporting to Zonal Business Leader / Vice President Sales
15+ years in Business Development, A/ c Management.
2) Preferably from sheet metal, Industrial Automation or industrial products.
3) Knowledge of Power, Energy Management Automation industry is an added advantage.
4) Knowledge and connect with EPC consultants.
5) Experience in managing large organizations with multiple divisions multiple locations.
6) Ability to connect with Sr. level managers / decisions making authorities.
7) Project Management skills
8) Good commercial acumen is desired.
