Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive to promote our coaching programs to schools, junior colleges, and educational institutes. The role involves building strong relationships with school authorities, conducting seminars and presentations, and generating student leads for our after 12th coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools, junior colleges, and institutes to promote our coaching offerings.
Conduct presentations/seminars for students, teachers, and counselors.
Distribute brochures and marketing materials.
Build relationships with principals, coordinators, and education counselors.
Collect and follow up on student inquiries and leads.
Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Track visits and report on daily/weekly activities.
Achieve lead generation and admission targets (commission-based incentives).
Requirements:
13 years of experience in field marketing or education sales (freshers with confidence may also apply).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler.
