Job Description

Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Executive with 2 3 years of experience in healthcare industry marketing. This role involves executing on-ground marketing activities, coordinating with referral partners, supporting corporate outreach, and building brand visibility through community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various channels.
Coordinate with referral doctors, clinics, and diagnostic partners to maintain strong relationships.
Support corporate outreach efforts including we'llness camps, health talks, and employee engagement programs.
Engage with RWAs, local communities, and societies for organizing health check-up camps and awareness events.
Distribute marketing materials and ensure branding visibility in targeted locations.
Conduct market research and collect feedback from patients, partners, and community stakeholders.
Assist in managing the hospital s social media presence and content coordination.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activities, visits, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the creative team for timely execution of marketing collaterals.
Track and report competitors activities and recommend actionable insights.
Ensure consistent hospital branding and visibility across offline and online channels.

Required Qualifications Skills:

bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, or service industry marketing.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively.
Willingness to travel locally and conduct field activities on a regular basis.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Ability to work under supervision, meet deadlines, and maintain daily reporting discipline.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in hospital/clinic marketing is a strong advantage.
A proactive attitude with a passion for customer interaction and community engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
