Job Description:
To assist in the development the brand strategy implements, track and optimize branding communications initiatives in the to enhance the brand engagement among the target customers as per the brand strategy and business requirements.
Process Contributions:
Marketing: Strategy Development: Annual marketing plan:
- Undertake marketing / customer research to understand the brand positioning, trends, insights, gaps, and strengths.
- Liaise with the agencies to provide inputs in the development of the marketing calendar, budget, and plan for the year.
Marketing: Brand management: Marketing plan and calendar:
- 1Develop the marketing brief aligned to the marketing strategy and brief the empaneled agencies for the development of the marketing plan.
- Evaluate the creative plan and media plan developed by the agencies and provide recommendations to ensure its alignment with the brand and business requirements.
Marketing: Brand management: Marketing plan execution:
- Liaison with the creative agencies in the development of the collaterals / content/ shoot aligned to the marketing plan.
- Provide recommendations on the content / selection of celebrities / product shoot, etc. to ensure its alignment to the brand guidelines and business requirements.
- Coordinate with the media agencies for the placement and communication of the content in the digital / social media channels as per the agreed plan.
Marketing: Brand management: Performance monitoring:
- Evaluate the performance of the branding initiatives / campaigns vis a vis the plan and undertake action planning and course corrections as per the requirements.
- Evaluate the BTL campaigns collaterals to ensure its alignment with the branding strategy.
Marketing: Brand management: Vendor / Agency management:
- Identify and shortlist vendors based on their capability / offerings aligned to the business requirements.
- Provide support on development of statement of work and the price as per the requirements.
- Evaluate the vendors / agencies for the performance against agreed statement of work and undertake appropriate actions.
Work Experience
Education: MBA form a premier college preferably in marketing
Relevant Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management in similar industry
